There are four 2004 2005
Jeep Grand Cherokee models, they are; Grand Cherokee Overland, Limited, Special
Edition and Laredo. The new Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland is a 265-horsepower V8
4x4 performance. The 2004 2005 Jeep Limited comes with a choice of three Power
Tech engines and three Jeep four-wheel drive systems. The Laredo model comes
with skid plates and full-time Selec-Trac or available Quadra-Trac II on-demand
four-wheel drive.
The 2004 2005 Jeep Larado
(Grand Cherokee) comes with a beefy I-6 which develops nearly 85 percent of its
usable torque at idle, making Laredo a master of tough terrain. And Laredo
comes with a smooth 4-Speed Automatic transmission. This new Grand Cherokee
comes with a suspension system which allows the 2004 2005, and next year's 2004
2005 Laredo to command the terrain with live solid axles, coil springs and
high-pressure gas-charged shocks, Jeep calls this their Quad Coil Suspension.

4.7Ltr power tech v-8 engine comes with a 5-Speed Automatic, delivers 265 peak
horsepower and has a towing capacity of up to 6,500 pounds (when properly
equipped). Standard on the Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland, Available on the 2004
2005 Jeep Limited.
The Selec Trac 4wd offers
a two speed, shift-on-the-fly 4WD system includes a low range (2.72:1) for true
